You’ll have a Private tour of Lima: Visit the Lima Cathedral, then continue to the main plaza and the Convent of San Francisco. The catacombs are a spooky system of chambers which lie under the church and house the skeletal remains of part of the population of colonial Lima. Afterwards you will visit the Larco Herrera Museum. Transfer to port of Callao, where you will take a cruiser out to the Palomino Islands, which is the habitat of hundreds of sea lions and guano-producing birds. On this tour you also might see the famous Humboldt Penguin. Visit the island of San Lorenzo, which was a pre-Hispanic religious center. Free afternoon.

Horseback riding in Pachacamac (B, L)

Morning transfer from your hotel to the Casa D’Paso Ranch.
After a short lecture about the horses and the route, we’ll mount up and start our tour. We’ll pass by the archaeological complex of Pachacamac, which is home to the most significant oracle of the people of the coast, and ride along Lima’s gorgeous beaches.
Return to your hotel.
