We specialize in tours to Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador. Within those three countries, we will take you wherever you want to go – from the ruins of Machu Picchu to the Amazonian jungle to the Galápagos Islands - and we will also recommend places you might not have thought of, based on your interests and travel style. Kuoda´s goal is to provide a personalized travel experience, wherever that takes you.
Departure times are completely dependent upon your travel timeframe. Our Travel Designers will work with you to determine when you want to travel and how long you want to stay in each place. They will provide itinerary pacing suggestions based on the preferences and needs of you and your travel companions, as well as local weather conditions and key events such as festivals and celebrations.
Kuoda itineraries and estimates include all transportation once you arrive in Peru, Bolivia or Ecuador. From national flights to ground transportation, if it is on your Kuoda itinerary, Kuoda takes you there. Along with your guides, Kuoda drivers are experienced professionals, expert in navigating the highways and byways of South America, from the urban jungle of Lima to the precarious switchbacks of the Andes.
Because your Kuoda tour to Peru, Bolivia or Ecuador is developed with your input and an understanding of your travel goals and desires, it can incorporate exactly what you want. It will bring you to the key sites you´ve been dreaming about – sunrise at Machu Picchu, underwater vistas in the Galápagos, canopy-scapes in the Amazon – and it will allow you to participate in all of your favorite activities, from museum hopping to rock climbing to wine tasting and beyond.
From the moment you arrive at the airport in Peru, Bolivia or Ecuador, Kuoda takes care of the logistics. You are met by a local host who will take you to your hotel and check you in. Your host will then review your itinerary for the coming day, answer any questions you may have and tell you where and when your next guide will meet you. Throughout the trip, your guides meet you at hotels and manage all logistics from dealing with train tickets and entrance fees to going with you to airports to checking you in to hotels. Every detail of your trip (lodging, transportation, entrance fees, etc.) is confirmed and arranged in advance and carefully managed on the ground by your guides, so you never need to worry. All guides are highly experienced, English-speaking professionals with a pleasant manner and an aptitude in understanding just what you will enjoy. The Kuoda operations office will be in touch every other day and you will receive a list of Kuoda contacts who will be available by phone 24/7.
In general, Kuoda´s prices start at $2700 per adult for an 8 Day/7 Night tour to Peru, Bolivia or Ecuador. This includes all lodgings, entry tickets, transportation (excluding your flight from your home country), guides and some meals. That said, tell us your budget and we will work with you to design the perfect trip. All costs are agreed upon in the course of planning your itinerary, so there are never additional “surprise” fees.
